Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Shawnee

Staff are great, rooms are clean, location is convenient. All good things. Kind of a bummer that there is not all-day coffee. So many scenarios (all day travel, busy meeting prep, etc.) that would have made that convenient. Several of my teammates were bummed. Again, the staff is helpful and offered us extra coffee pods for our room, but I think it would be superb to have hot coffee available in the lobby all day. Just regular. You decaf fans can advocate for yourselves. Ha! Also had a nice view of the Oklahoma horizon.

Did not stay at this location in Shawnee, OK but was charged for it. I had no email confirmation, nor did it show up on my Marriott account about having a reservation. Called their location 3 times and asked to speak with the manager but she always avoided me. Unprofessional manager and rude staff who should get some hospitality training, or change jobs. I did call Marriott customer service and all they can do is apologize for Shawnee, OK staffs’ rudeness. This location claimed that I made a reservation and would not refund back to my company credit card. I requested for a receipt to be emailed to me 3 times. My manager called to get a copy of the receipt of the fraudulent charge. They can’t even provide a receipt to make it believable. Had to close my company credit card and dispute this fraudulent charge from this very location. After reading the reviews, I’m not the only one getting fraudulent charges. There seems to be a pattern of fraudulent charges. Customer service is definitely not these workers forte. All the hotels in the area were booked and sold out except them. They don’t deserve any stars from me.

Rooms are nice and the service greets you when they see you, over all not a bad place to stay. If you are a gamer though and you take your Xbox or ps with you then this isn't the place. The TV has only a power button and the remote does not work when you have your console hooked up. Just over all not worth it if you are staying for work or anything and want to play.

We have stayed here before, and decided to stay here again despite some reviews that didn't seem to be great. But it was just as great this time, as the previous. The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, the staff was quick and friendly. There were several complaints about the air not working, and I think maybe those people didn't realize the air is adjusted by thermostat on the wall (not by the unit itself). We had a great stay, would definitely recommend, and will stay again.

More than I wanted to spend for a hotel, but the customer service at the front desk was very professional. The room was clean and in order; plenty of basic items available. Large shampoo, conditioner, body wash available IN THE SHOWER for use, along with hairdryer. The shower was a glass shower, adding some updated sophistication. Even though it's a small (kind of silly) detail, we liked the personal greeting we received (by name) on the TV when we entered our room; nice touch. I would stay at this hotel again if I had the opportunity.

Rude employees they honestly think the customer doesn't matter and that they are not obligated what so ever to make sure your comfortable on your stay. We use to come here a lot but now will look for another hotel in Shawnee . Your employees should never over speak a guest and make them feel as if their needs aren't important shame on you people . News flash princess if your working front desk it is your responsibility to make sure the ppl who stay with you are happy or otherwise they will find some where else. If you don't like your job then get a work at home job. I worked front desk for years and would of been fired if I ever spoke to a guest like you did. And from the the other reviews I seen on here you don't sound overly popular. I wanted to cancel on you all last night you don't deserve money with an attitude like that . But rest assured will not stay here the next week or in the next few weeks when we'll be back. You don't even deserve one star
